As a Lead at Continue Arcades in Taunton, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our patrons have an exceptional gaming experience. You will be responsible for various tasks related to the smooth operation of the arcade, including opening and closing duties, cleaning, order management, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Opening and Closing Prep:
Prepare the arcade for daily operations, including turning on machines, setting up displays, and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Conduct routine checks to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
Close down the arcade at the end of the day, including financial reports, restocking areas, shutting down equipment, and cleaning up.
Cleaning:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the arcade, including gaming areas, restrooms, and common areas.
Regularly inspect and clean gaming machines, ensuring they are free of debris and in optimal working condition.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Taking Orders:
Assist guests with selecting and purchasing entrance tickets, drinks, snacks and other merchandise.
Operate card readers and handle transactions accurately.
Provide information about arcade attractions, promotions, and special events.
Customer Service:
Greet patrons warmly and assist them with any inquiries or concerns.
Monitor gaming areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
