As a Lead Systems Engineer you will be doing:

• Analysing, designing, and delivering solutions that align with program, business, and customer needs.
• Utilizing engineering proficiency to address intricate engineering challenges.
• Guiding, motivating, and nurturing engineering teams.
• Staying informed about cutting-edge technologies and their potential application to intricate issues.
• Cultivating connections with clients and collaborators.
• Spearheading the engineering components of successful proposal submissions.

As a Lead Systems Engineer you will have experience in:

• Proficiency in overseeing technical solutions from inception to deployment, encompassing the entire lifecycle.
• Previous experience in offering technical guidance to engineering or system engineering teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in integrating readily available commercial technologies.
• A comprehensive grasp of information systems and their architectures.
