Job Summary






The Lead System Architect is responsible for leading the architecture team in the design, development, and implementation of complex systems. This role involves providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring that architectural solutions align with business goals and technical standards.

Job Responsibilities









Leads a team of system architects and engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical direction.










Mentors junior architects and engineers, fostering their professional development and growth.










Defines and implements the architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps.










Develops and maintains architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.










Works closely with stakeholders, including executive management, to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.










Communicates architecture strategies, decisions, and status updates to stakeholders.










Reviews and approves architectural designs, ensuring they meet quality, performance, and security standards.










Conducts architecture assessments and reviews to identify areas for improvement.










Oversees the execution of architecture projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.










Manages project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.










Drives innovation within the architecture team, promoting the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.










Continuously evaluates and improves architecture processes and practices.










Experience with gathering and modeling data for system capacity and licensing planning.

Develop and communicate clear architectural vision
