Location: Flexible
Salary: \xc2\xa341,150 rising to \xc2\xa346,147 per annum through annual increments being paid each year. (Pro rata for part time applicants).
Contract Type: Fixed Term appointment until 30/09/2025 with the possibility of extension
Work Pattern: Full Time, 37 hours per week

As Natural Resources Wales s (NRWs) Lead Specialist, Marine Regulatory Policy and Approach, you\'ll be responsible for influencing policy development, working with internal and external customers, reviewing processes, developing guidance and training and providing expert advice on marine regulation.
You will likely have knowledge of Welsh and UK legislation and Policy drivers that relate to marine regulation as well as expertise in continuous improvement.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic professional to be part of a Wales wide team of marine experts.
