A Significant Role in Digital Transformation




As our Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will lead the charge in designing and developing our enterprise ServiceNow platform - from the ground up. You'll have a vital role in shaping our approach across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and more, ensuring our solutions not only support but enhance the everyday experiences of our community. What You Will Do



Lead Development: Design, develop, and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions based on robust technical specifications and best practices. Drive CMDB Excellence: Champion the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and architect our CMDB to guide us through continual maturity and evolution. Set the Standard: Establish development standards and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation, ensuring the highest quality across the platform. Mentor & Inspire: Share your expertise and mentor team members, uplifting technical excellence throughout our ServiceNow practice. Module Specialisation: Develop deep expertise in key modules (such as ITSM, CSM, or HRSD) and support the overall growth of our platform with targeted training and guidance.

What We Look For



Proven experience in developing and supporting ServiceNow platforms, with a focus on ITSM and CMDB architecture. A solid technical background in ServiceNow developmentenhancing functionality through custom forms, workflows, and business rules. The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with diverse stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. A passion for mentoring others and driving continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-evolving digital environment. Experience with Agile methodologies is beneficial, as is any relevant ServiceNow certification.
