The Client
Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with an award-winning Private Hospital, located in Chelsea, who specialise in cosmetics, aesthetics and dermatology. This purpose-built hospital is fully equipped with their brand new state-of-the-art operating theatres, consultation rooms and aesthetic and laser suite.

Specialising in both surgical and non-surgical procedures, this family run company provides a unique and personalised approach, to achieve the desired results for each individual. They pride themselves on their exceptional level or customer service and client satisfaction. At present, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Theatre Practitioner to join their team.

The Candidate
Reporting directly to the Theatre Manager, you will help support, coordinate and assist in the organisation of the Theatre Department, managing the Team of Scrub Nurse and Healthcare Assistants. You will have a number of responsibilities including developing the service to achieve profitability and growth, providing professional leadership and expert knowledge to staff, and ensuring high standards are delivered at all times.

This hospital carries out a full range of cosmetic procedures including Breast Augmentation, Breast Reconstruction, Liposuction, Tummy Tuck and Rhinoplasty to name a few. Although previous experience within cosmetics will be advantageous. They have recently had refurbishment on their theatres which have just been built, so this is a really exciting time to join the business and have to the opportunity to work with some of the UK\xe2\x80\x99s leading cosmetic surgeons.

We are looking for a professional and patient-focused individual, with a positive and flexible outlook. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin, or a trained ODP registered with the HCPC. We are happy to consider candidates working at both a Band 6 or Band 7 equivalent. Excellent communication skills will be crucial in order to provide the highest level of patient care, as well building a strong rapport with the clinical team, Theatre Manager, Consultants and relevant stakeholders. This could be a great opportunity if you are a Senior Scrub Nurse looking for a step up!

In order to be successful with this opportunity, you will need to have extensive experience within theatres, ideally specialising within cosmetics, with strong leadership skills. We are also welcoming applications from other theatre background e.g. Day Surgery, ENT, Orthopaedic, Ophthalmology. This is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week, with a highly desirable shift pattern which will be worked four days between Monday to Saturday. Saturday requirement is typically one Saturday per month.

Salary & Package
There is a generous salary of up to \xc2\xa348,000, which could be negotiated on experience. My client is also offering a competitive benefits package including company pension, sick pay, wellness programmes, company events, cycle to work scheme, employee discounts and more!
