One-off position for a senior real estate disputes associate or partner with AT LEAST 10 YEARS' pqe to front the property litigation offering at this smaller but internationally focused, London firm. You may be a highly experienced senior or managing associate / or legal director looking for a partnership opportunity or perhaps an existing partner with a part following seeking a more prominent, visible role with greater opportunities to build out your own practice. All the referrals for prop lit will come to you!Whilst this is primarily a property litigation position, our client would see proficiency in leasehold enfranchisement matters a real advantage. If you're so minded, there is the opportunity to broaden out your experience with some more chancery / general international litigation work, involving travel to the likes of the Cayman Islands, Switzerland and the Channel Islands - acting for family offices and HNWs.
