Role Overview





This a key role for the UK EPC engineering design hub, supporting colleagues in the UK and international.



You'll take a Lead Project Engineering role on the effective design of large-scale ground mount solar projects, of BESS and other technologies, and work closely with the team in engineering.

What will you be doing?





Lead a team of Project engineers Oversee all BESS designs (UK and international) Oversee all solar PV designs (UK, NZ, Greece and other regions as required) Systems design input into strategic bids / proposals / developments and planning applications Co-ordinate internal resources Work very closely to Head of Engineering, for strategic decisions in projects

What are we looking for?





Extensive BESS & solar PV design experience (large scale multi MWs) Professional Engineering academic background - Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy / Power Systems Engineering (or similar) Expert knowledge of relevant software tools, AutoCAD, PV Syst, PV Sol etc Conversant with all relevant design and building standards and protocols High caliber operator - degree educated or similar by experience Strong leadership experience, inspiring style Comfortable in fast paced, high growth environment Excellent communication skills Able to attend company's office regularly in the UK as required, and be effective working remotely
