LOCATION: London
HOURS: 35 hours, full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this opportunity
Consumer Servicing & Engagement (CS&E) Platform delivers a unified digital servicing proposition for personal customers on the device of their choosing, giving the best digital customer experience to increase engagement and options for self-service.
This role is within the Conversational Banking lab within CS&E. It will be focused on progressing our generative AI backlog of opportunities supporting both improvement to customer & colleague experiences and efficiency.
It is at the intersection of delivering great experiences using pioneering technology.
We build deeper and more trusted relationships with our customers and support them to improve their financial lives by offering valuable, engaging and human-like digital banking experiences. We grow customer satisfaction and trust through simple, helpful and personalised experiences that they love.
We provide and guide customers to complete and easy-to-use self-serve offerings where they can do (almost) everything they want within digital. We deepen valued customer relationships, helping them build financial resilience, by understanding what they need and when.
What will I be doing?Responsible for setting teams Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
Drive delivery of the E2E Customer journeys, ensuring feedback is incorporated into the team's work outcomes and how customers are valuing the new features.
Prioritise ruthlessly, whilst balancing the needs of customers, wider organisation strategy and risk.
Encourages the production of easy to use prototypes and MVPs.
Responsible for ensuring all decisions are made within a sound risk framework, maximising the safe delegation of authority and empowerment to individuals in the team in line with Group appetite.
Run a product backlog, creating features, epics and user stories that describe and define what we want to achieve in making our research and buying journeys easy for our customers.

Experience in applying agile methodologies to optimise innovation development and delivery. Significant experience with agile development methods & tooling e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Jira & Confluence, and experience of leading & working as part of an agile team.
It would also be great if you had some of the following knowledge and experience:Able to create a product vision and define work to be done.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver change, working with engineers, designers and analysts.
Strong communication skills and an ability to influence alignment up and down the Group.
Experience in balancing conflicting to priorities and able to explain prioritisation decisions for releases.
Experience of mentoring or leading others or creating an inclusive team environment that motivates, attracts and retains talent.
