We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Product Analyst to join our Product team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancement, make informed recommendations, and contribute to the strategic direction of our two sided marketplace platform. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, market trends, and a strong ability to work with or mentor other analysts in the team to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



Data Analysis and Insights



+ Collect, clean, monitor and analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and user behaviour.
+ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key product metrics.
+ Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes.
+ Provide actionable insights to guide product development and enhancements.

Understanding User Behaviour



+ Deeply understand user behaviour, needs, and pain points on both sides of the marketplace.
+ Create user personas and journey maps to inform product design and development.
+ Collaborate with UX/UI designers by providing data-driven insights that can be used to optimise user interfaces

Product Strategy



+ Collaborate with Product Managers to define product goals and KPIs.
+ Participate in product roadmapping and prioritise features and improvements based on data analysis.
+ Assist in defining and tracking success metrics for product launches.

Cross-functional Collaboration



+ Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
+ Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
+ Foster a data-driven culture within the organisation by sharing best practices and insights.

Continuous Learning



+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and product analytics.
+ Continuously improve data collection processes and tools.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics). 7+ years of experience with at least 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, or similar role in a 2-sided marketplace or e-commerce environment. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R. Strong knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and statistical analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. A passion for data-driven decision-making and product improvement.
