Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading independent private hospital in their search for a Clinical Pharmacist. The 99-bed hospital, renowned within it\'s field for the consistently excellent standard of care that it provides it\'s patients, opened within the last 10 years and hosts a range of different facilities including five theatres, an endoscopy suite, an interventional suite and outpatient and diagnostic services.

The hospital are currently searching for an experienced Pharmacist to provide their pharmaceutical knowledge and experience in ensuring the care of the patients at the hospital. You will be responsible for supervising the procurement, preparation, dispensation & distribution of medicines to patients while providing standard of care through the medical management service. You will be ensuring the pharmacy department operates in a timely and consistent manner whilst overseeing the general running of the service, providing clinical input where necessary.

Requirements
\xe2\x80\x93 Degree in Pharmacy MPharm, BSc or BPharm
\xe2\x80\x93 GPHC Registration
\xe2\x80\x93 At least 2 years\' experience in hospital Pharmacy.
\xe2\x80\x93 Good understanding of hospital pharmacy standards and requirements.
\xe2\x80\x93 Passion for high quality care
\xe2\x80\x93 Motivated individual
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
\xe2\x80\x93 High sense of personal responsibility

Location
The hospital is located in Maidstone, commutable from Tonbridge, Aylesford, Rochester, Ashford & Staplehurst.
