Job Description

We're seeking an AI/Machine Learning Engineer to help shape and drive our AI strategy within a newly formed Digital AI Innovation Team. You'll lead the development of AI solutions, build early-stage projects, and establish best practices--playing a key role in growing our AI capabilities from the ground up.


What you will doing:

Leadership & Strategy



Lead and grow a team of data scientists and AI specialists. Promote AI adoption across the business through training and internal engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.

Technical & Innovation Focus



Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI tools. Work with structured and unstructured data to optimize logistics, customer service, and operations. Manage the full AI/ML lifecycle from development to deployment and monitoring. Stay on top of emerging AI technologies and integrate best practices.

Collaboration & Implementation



Identify high-impact AI opportunities with business analysts and stakeholders. Ensure seamless integration of AI models into existing systems. Build dashboards to track performance and measure ROI. Uphold AI ethics, data security, and compliance standards.


What you will bring:

Essential:



5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI innovation Strong coding skills in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL Proven experience deploying ML models in production environments 3+ years in a leadership or mentorship role within AI or data teams Clear communicator, able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical teams

Desirable:



Knowledge of data engineering, big data, and ML Ops best practices Experience with NLP, forecasting, recommendation systems, or computer vision Track record of leading AI projects from idea to production Understanding of AI ethics and bias mitigation Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
