As a Leading Martial Arts Coach, you will be Running your own Sessions developing and training students in both their personal development and in Martial arts. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and success of our program

About the Role:
The role is 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) 4-6 hours per Day starting anywhere between 9:30am -1:30pm and 4-8pm
As we run classes in different locations having access to a Car and a Clean Driving License is mandatory.
Your Role:
- Planning and Running training sessions for Students (Full Teaching and Training Curriculum provided)
- Attend weekly Meeting and Training to improve your Skills as a Martial Artist, Coach and Business Professional
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a cohesive team environment
- Communicate with Students outside of sessions via Text Message and Voices Messages to improve the Customer Experience
- Enrol new Students into the training program to start their Martial Arts journey
What you need:
- A clean record
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential
- Strong organisational skills
- Flexibility to adapt coaching techniques based on individual student needs
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a coaching team - Previous Martial arts experience is essential (1 Year in either Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Karate or MMA)
