You will be joining us at an exciting time as we start a number of large and varied contracts.

Our busy and growing team supply a number of high profile clients with signage and graphics not only across Cambridgeshire but the whole of the UK.

In a typical day we could be installing graphics to a fleet of vehicles, rebranding entire offices or applying vinyl to windows at height with cherry picker access.

As our Lead Installer, you will be responsible for organising the install team as well as liaising with the office and production teams to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will co-ordinate larger installation projects taking details from visuals, construction drawings and work orders, ensuring all install team members are briefed on daily tasks and have what is required.

Duties include

Install signage & vehicle livery according to specifications and company standards.

Conduct some site assessments to determine installation requirements.

Co-ordinate larger installation projects on site.

Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with installations.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Adhere to all health and safety regulato ons & RAMS while on-site.

What we want from you ...

Minimum 5 years experience in an installation role, confident installing all kinds of substrates, sign trays, built up letters and post signs Strong vehicle graphic knowledge and application skills Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges Work within and implement all Health & Safety Guidelines Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats CSCS, PASMA and iPAF certificates desirable Full UK driving licence UK right to work
