As a member of the Media Effectiveness team within Sky Media, you will be responsible for proving the efficacy of TV and digital advertising campaigns across Linear, AdSmart, VoD, Sponsorship and Digital platforms:

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Measure the effectiveness of TV advertising campaigns run across various Platforms
• Develop relationships with Sky Media partners to support sales initiatives via measurement solutions.
• Lead & work on strategic analytical projects \xe2\x80\x93 either evolving our existing measurement capabilities or developing new market leading measurement solutions.
• Support data & insight developments to advance Sky Media\xe2\x80\x99s measurement transformation programme across initiatives such as cross platform measurement, digital measurement, targeting effectiveness and optimisation.
• Be Comfortable in the data, able to extract insights from data, summarise findings and identify key trends and takeaways.
• Be able to summarise your findings in a commercially focused and practical way. Be comfortable to summarise and communicate results directly to both internal partners and external advertisers and agency.
• Lead any direct reports to produce high quality, measurement, and actionable insights, using your own skills as an individual contributor, your team, and matrix resource.

What you\'ll bring:

• End to End Analytics: Having deep and extensive experience in carrying out end-to-end measurement or analytics projects, displaying logical, end to end thinking from the outset.
• Understanding & experience of measuring the efficiency of marketing campaigns, preferably TV adverting and/or digital advertising activity.
• Experience in working with handling large data sets in a cloud-based platform such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products
• Strong experience in SQL, Python, R or other analysis and modelling packages.
• Working in a dynamic environment: Enjoys working in an innovative and creative environment. Enjoys task-focused delivery, a fast pace of work and overcoming challenges. Strong multi-tasking abilities, flexibility, and patience in a fluid environment
• Great teammate and professional demeanor: Persistence, resilience and being helpful to others.
• Partner Management: Candidate must have an excellent and consistent track record of having established successful business relationships with partners. Evidence of influencing, engage with, and responding across all partner levels with credibility.
• Excellent commercial skills: Able to produce and articulate realistic and implementable insights with highly commercially aware partners.
