You will be working in a small team, with an ethos where the customer is at the heart of everything you do.

I am looking to support my client who is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven and organised individual to join the sales team as a Lead Generator Executive. This role is focused on generating a pipeline of sales leads to meet business plans and company objectives. You would be responsible for generating leads through multiple channels such as phone calls, emails, and multiple social media platforms. This is an exciting, fast-paced role that requires someone that is target driven, confident, self-motivated and have a passion for sales.

The working hours are 22.5 hours per week (3 days) to then potentially increases to 36.5 hours per week (5 days).

The standard working office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am to 3:00pm.

The right person should be able to cope under pressure, handle high volumes of work and be able to work using their own initiative. A flexible approach, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new prospect leads and identify customers key potential needs to a level.
  • where a senior sales member can quote and close business.
  • Research, track, maintain and update leads.
  • Achieve and exceed KPI\xe2\x80\x99s based on calls made to develop new business and pass.

  • Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects.
  • Maintain company\xe2\x80\x99s CRM.
  • Conduct customer research.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to Senior Sales Account Manager.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services in order to
  • facilitate the sales process.
  • Effectively liaise with customers and provide information regarding the products.
  • Develop an active pipeline of prospects for the senior sales team.
Skills &Qualities:
  • Experience of working in a sales environment.
  • Have the desire to make high volumes of daily calls over a sustained period, to meet.
