We're on the hunt for a talented and experienced Lead Editor/Journalist to join our team. This role will be

Editorial Planning:
Develop and manage the editorial calendar and team, ensuring timely delivery of compelling stories per week.Collaboration:
Work closely with a team of two to brainstorm, write, and produce high-quality content.Content Curation:
Assist in sourcing engaging images and videos to complement stories.Team Management:
Oversee and support your team, providing guidance, feedback, and motivation to maintain high editorial standards.Editorial Duties:
Review, edit, and finalize content for publication to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with our brand voice.Content Creation:
Help come up with ideas for bigger film projects. Assist with story telling, scripting and shot lists.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in an editorial or content management role. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Experience sourcing and managing multimedia content (images, videos). Leadership experience, with a collaborative and supportive management style.
