About Us

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fantastic Lead Early Years Educator to join our team in our baby room!

The ideal candidate will be experienced working with children age 0-2 years old and will be confident in contributing to support the team to provide fun, engaging and exciting learning experiences for the children. The ideal candidate would also have a strong knowledge of early years guidance and legislation such as Realising the Ambition amongst others.

An overview of the role:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, provocations and experiences for the children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess children's development and progress
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's development
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free and organized environment
- Follow all health, safety and infection control processes

-Inspire others and motivate the team to ensure our children have the best experience possible

The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and stimulating learning experiences for children
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children
- Strong organizational skills , supporting the effective running of the room, updating systems, communicating with parents and families.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
