an accomplished Lead Developer to join the team in a fully remote role, allowing you
to work from anywhere in the UK. The salary for this position will be determined
based on your extensive experience and qualifications.

Tasks

As a Lead Developer, your core responsibilities will encompass:

• Technical Leadership: Providing expert guidance to the development teams,

ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

• Team Mentoring: Mentoring and coaching team members to foster their

• Architecture and Design: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to

• Project Management: Taking a leadership role in project planning,

incorporating them into our projects when appropriate.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with product

• Documentation: Ensuring proper documentation of technical specifications,

processes, and workflows.

• Performance Optimization: Leading efforts to optimize code for

performance, scalability, and maintainability.

overall technical vision.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• A solid educational background, preferably with a bachelor\'s degree in

computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive professional experience as a developer, with a proven track record

of mentoring and leading teams.

• Expertise in software development, including proficiency in relevant

programming languages and technologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make

critical technical decisions.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging

technologies.

• Previous experience in a leadership or lead developer role is highly desirable.
