About the Role: Lead Dental Nurse

This is a pivotal opportunity for a confident, organised, and motivated dental nurse who is ready to lead. You will oversee the clinical team, maintain high standards of care, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in surgery.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Leading and supporting the dental nursing team. Assisting clinicians with a range of treatments including implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and sedation (training can be provided). Upholding and monitoring strict infection control and clinical governance. Ensuring surgeries are fully prepared and equipped to deliver the highest standard of patient care. Mentoring and supporting team development, training, and clinical standards. Enhancing the patient journey and ensuring an outstanding experience from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an empathetic, confident, and proactive professional who:

Has a recognised dental nursing qualification and GDC registration. Has experience assisting in a range of advanced treatments (training provided where needed). Demonstrates excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Is passionate about clinical excellence and patient care. Thrives in a collaborative, innovative environment and is eager to develop themselves and others.
