Lead Delivery Manager

As a Barclays Lead Delivery Manager within the BUK Shared Tech, it will fall to you to work alongside both Business and Data stakeholders to shape, deliver and monitor solutions that are not only data driven, but also sustainable in the long-term. In addition, you will be working at different levels of detail, from strategic thinking to close attention to detail to be able to articulate business development opportunities while using analysis with interpretative thinking to complete due diligence and assess these opportunities.

What will you be doing?

• You will conceptualize & source data to drive the impact of any solution being proposed
• You will liaise and engage tech & business stakeholders as relevant
• You will support business requirements, engagement, deliver & testing of approved solutions
• You will create material and present to stakeholders as well as business partners
• You will provide data driven support to build business cases
• You will undertake delivery and stakeholder Management

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent analytical, numerical, technical skills and good with excel spreadsheets, pie-charts, power point etc.
• Excellent relationship management skills, and ability to reach out and develop initial contact, dialogue, and support delivery
• Organized, methodical and disciplined in follow up with both tech & business colleagues

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Preferred candidate has strong interest in broader technical competencies
• Experience with database management / SQL coding would be advantageous
