Sanctuary Personnel, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency with a TrustPilot score of 4.9/5 and over 400+ reviews is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Lead Clinical Pharmacist/Deputy Pharmacy Manager to work in Maidstone on a full-time basis. The job may also require evening, some weekend working and on-call as the business grows.

The salary for this permanent Lead Clinical Pharmacist/Deputy Pharmacy Manager job is \xc2\xa348,000 - \xc2\xa350,000 per annum.

Duties:

• Providing clinical pharmacy services, ensuring a high standard is provided to patients, consultant users and all members of the multi-disciplinary team
• Deputise for the Pharmacy Manager in their absence

Requirements of the Lead Clinical Pharmacist/Deputy Pharmacy Manager:

• Must be a champion of patient experience
• Communicate with all service users in a professional, efficient and polite manner
• Registered as a pharmacist with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Additional post graduate qualification (Certificate/Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy practice)
• Post-registration clinical experience in hospital
• Evidence of continuous professional development
• Be patient-centred, with a passion to inspire and lead others to deliver healthcare at its best
• A strong and empathetic team member who is able to gain the trust and support of others, lead and implement change and engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent leader with interpersonal skills
• Patient orientated with a focus on continuous service improvement
• Energetic, achievement focused and willing to work hard under pressure
• Strong team building skills with a collaborative approach to achieving goals
• Demonstrate ability to build credibility with key stakeholders including senior management, Consultants and other external bodies
• Demonstrate ability to build working partnerships with Consultants within the values of this clinician led organisation
• Genuine interest in the continuous development of self and team members
• Be a self-starter and highly motivated
