Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced bar Supervisor to assist us in the running of our two venues.
The ideal candidate will possess strong team management skills and a solid background in natural wine and or cocktail bartending. This job is split between Another Heart to Feed and Nightcap (our basement bar) - this is open late and late finishes will be frequent.
You MUST have management experience for this role.
Duties
Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team management. Maintain quality control across our full offering Assist with service during both our brunch and evening service Assist the General Manager with the day to day operations of the venue
Qualifications
Proven experience in supervising and managing teams in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Background in coffee preparation and barista skills. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development. Ability to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Pay - 13-13.50 per hour DOE Share of generous service charge 50% off when not working in our venue and the rest of the group (Freemount, Nightcap, Affleck & Brown, Wayfarer) Free coffee/softs on shift (and food on day shifts!)
