Through the support of our Boroughs, we are looking to expand our Housing Litigation Team and are looking to recruit Lawyers to join us. This opportunity is suitable for lawyers who have a background in and wish to broaden their experience in the field of housing civil litigation. We are looking for individuals who are real team players, self-motivated and flexible and able to work to tight timescales. You will be dealing with a wide range of matters acting for our Boroughs as both claimant and defendant including tenancy management enforcement, disrepair, homelessness public law, and Judicial review. A knowledge of local government legislation is desirable and/or can be developed.
