Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all linens, towels, and guest bedding are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards. This position is essential for maintaining the overall cleanliness and comfort of our suppliers guests' experience.

Duties

Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens and garments as per hotel/holiday let standards. Inspect items for stains or damage before processing and report any issues. Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area, ensuring all equipment is kept tidy and in good working order. Manage inventory of laundry supplies and monitor stock. Follow policies regarding health and safety regulations. Develop ongoing systems to support the overall operations of our facility.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a laundry role within a hotel or similar environment is essential. Strong attention to detail with an ability to work efficiently under pressure. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service to guests.

Pay: 13.50-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
