Location:

Cuxton, Rochester (working across customer sites in the South East)

Salary:

32,000 - 42,000 (depending on experience and skills)

Hours:

Typically 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) with some flexibility

Contract:

Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

As a

Landscaping Team Leader

, you'll take ownership of a wide variety of landscaping projects, working collaboratively with our design team to bring beautiful gardens to life. Your day-to-day work will include:

Leading, developing and mentoring a small landscaping team

Delivering all aspects of hard and soft landscaping projects (paving, decking, fencing, planting, site preparation)

Maintaining high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction

Promoting and practicing eco-friendly landscaping methods

Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment safely and professionally

Keeping work sites and vehicles tidy, safe, and presentable

What you need:

We want to hear from skilled landscapers who are passionate about the outdoors and committed to sustainable practices.

You'll need:

Extensive landscaping experience

in all aspects of hard and soft landscaping, with proven ability to lead and deliver projects safely and to high standards

Strong leadership

and mentoring skills to support and inspire junior team members

Great attention to detail

and a commitment to top-quality finishes

Physical fitness

and ability to carry out manual work in all weather conditions

Excellent customer service

and communication skills A

full UK driving licence

(preferably with trailer-driving ability)

Experience or interest in sustainability

, including eco-friendly materials and planting techniques A good understanding of

basic plant care and maintenance

A current

CSCS card

is ideal, but not essential
