Job Description
Brighton Landscapes is hiring a Landscape Manager to lead our on-site team, manage projects, and ensure the highest standards across our hard landscaping work. This is a hands-on role that blends team leadership, client communication, and project organisation.
About the Role:
Manage a team of landscapers across multiple sites
Plan and deliver hard landscaping projects on time and to budget
Liaise with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
Driving vans and staying on top of waste
Maintain quality control and site organisation
Order materials and manage suppliers
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership and site management skills
Background in landscaping or general building
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Experience in quoting / surveying
Full UK driving licence
