Salary: \xc2\xa325,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa330,000 per annum, plus potential achievable \xc2\xa310,000 Bonus Reward

Based in Curdridge, Southampton the company\xe2\x80\x99s services cover the whole of Hampshire and into the surrounding counties.

About the role

We are looking for candidates with sales experience who have a strong interest and passion for Gardening & Design. You would get to work within an experienced Designer Team, providing potential clients with reliable and workable solutions for their garden projects.

Key duties:

Estimating, Design & Sales \xe2\x80\x93 To convert enquiry leads into live projects by:

• Understanding the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements
• Providing clients with solutions for their gardens and presenting these ideas through detailed drawings or computer aided design
• Providing the clients with competitive quotes, whilst maintaining profit margin
• Selling our products and services
• Achieving sales budgets and profits

Project Management:

• Managing staff on site, overseeing workmanship
• Providing clear instructions
• Managing health & afety and risk assessments
• Following company procedures
• Liaising with Clients, Suppliers and colleagues

About you:

• Experience in sales \xe2\x80\x93 confidence in presenting ideas to clients
• Experience of working as a Designer and/or have a design qualification
• It is essential that you are computer literate and ideally have experience using CAD, KeySCAPE or sketchup
• Horticulture knowledge and/or a qualification
• Good interpersonal skills
• Time management skills
• Project Management experience
• Meet deadlines
