When you start, you\xe2\x80\x99ll find they have condensed working conditions. You can have 37/h work weeks spread across the week as you see fit meaning you can even have a Monday to Thursday work pattern, freeing up more time for your weekends and allowing a better work-life balance.

They offer you more flexibility as your minimum expectation to be in the office is once a week for team meetings and 1-2-1s. You can work from home 4 days a week because they are still using the Covid model of hybrid working, which allows you more time to concentrate on your work and produce quality care packages.

If you are concerned about job security, then we have you covered as our minimum contract lengths go for 6 months minimum which you gives peace of mind in knowing your role is secure. Not only this but agency workers currently in the teams have gone beyond the initial length of their contracts.

As this is a statutory role, a social work qualification and registration to Social Work England / Wales (SWE / SWW) is required to be considered
