Labourer/ Forklift driver - Fish Meal Protein Recovery Plant in Peterhead

Main duties:

Control the product loading and unloading from vehicles arriving to the Plant Unloading Fish Bulkers into hopper Unloading bins of fish from trucks with fork lift Loading Fish Meal Bulkers Loading Fish Oil Tankers Generating delivery notes by computer Keep plant areas clean at all times Assisting with various work scopes throughout the plant Issue weight bridge tickets via computer program

Skills required

Experienced Forklift driver Clean driving licence Good timekeeper Good team player and ability to work well in a multicultural environment Good communication skills Ability to carry out instructions given

Schedule:

It is a full-time, permanent position with overtime available (can be up to 12 working hours per day during season).

Day shift: (0700 - 1530)

Back shift: (1500-2330)

Night shift: During busy season : 19.00 - 07.00

Saturday work will be required during busy period

Overtime rates apply in respect of any hours worked in excess of 40 hours in any one week (one and a half of the basic rate).
