Job Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer working under the CIS to join our team on a busy construction site. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks, ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assisting tradespeople with site tasks and deliveries

Moving and handling materials

Site clearance

Operating basic tools and equipment

Following Health and Safety guidelines

General site maintenance

Ground working - marking out and digging trenches for foundations and drains

Steel fixing - bending and fixing bars used to reinforce concrete structures

Steel piling - joining steel sheets to form temporary retaining walls for excavations

Concreting - laying concrete for foundations, floors and beams

Road working - laying kerbs, paving and resurfacing

Ensuring that the company complies with all legal and regulatory controls

Requirements

Work experience within the construction industry

CSCS Card

Driving License

Plant operator training, NPORS/CPCS

Ability to perform physical tasks

Reliable and punctual

Good communication skills

Ability to follow instructions

Ability to wear provided PPE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-17.00 per hour
