Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role is essential in maintaining a productive work environment and requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

- Perform general labour duties on construction sites
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards

- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Operate hand tools and machinery as required.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks on-site.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Report any issues or hazards to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Zero hours contract

Pay: 10.00-15.00 per hour
