On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Know Your Client (KYC) Analyst for an initial 6 month contract based in the Banks Birmingham Office, on a hybrid working model of two days per week in the office and the rest of the week working from home. Deutsche Bank\'s Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team is a global, cross divisional function, you will be responsible to perform Know Your Client (KYC) due diligence activities for new clients, while periodically reviewing and updating existing client relationships meeting internal KYC policy and procedures standards, and external regulatory requirements Key responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for requesting and collecting, from internal key stakeholders, KYC documentation for review and processing. The role will work closely with local peers within CLM to ensure operational targets are met.
• Sharing, Collating completed documentation and creating/updating client profiles within in a timely manner with a high level of quality and accuracy and adherence to local policy standards
• Partner with peers to ensure all deadlines are met within acceptable timelines, and use your excellent communication skills to keep business stakeholders and team management informed of progress
• Ensure the appropriate and confidential handling / sharing of sensitive client data.
• Be familiar with and ensure all relevant KYC policies, procedures and guidelines are followed

Skills and Qualifications

• Understanding of financial services and KYC processes
• Independent, flexible and proactive work style with strong organisational skills and effective problem-solving skills
• Remaining flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workloads
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (additional language preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Basic analytical skills
