Spanish Teacher - Ashford (MPS/UPS)

Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a fantastic Spanish teacher looking for a new role in the Ashford area?

Tradewind are currently recruiting for an outstanding Spanish teacher for both short- and long-term cover in Ashford and surrounding areas. We currently have day to day roles and long-term placement to start in January 2024, with the opportunity to become permanent for the correct candidate.

The Role

• Planning and delivering MFL (Spanish ) lessons to KS3/4
• Responsibility for ensuring your cohorts are supported, and challenged appropriately with the work set.
• Managing behaviour within the classroom effectively
• Liaising with Parents/Guardians on the progress and/or potential development areas of students
• Taking part in parents\' evenings and staff meetings and training sessions if required

Requirements

• Hold QTS in the UK
• Experience teaching the MFL (Spanish ) Curriculum up to KS3 and KS4. KS5 experience is not essential but highly desirable.
• Hold an enhanced DBS (DBS on the update service is highly desirable)
• Have right to work in the UK
