- Provide tailored English and Maths tutoring to Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Create individualised learning plans to address students' specific learning challenges
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to promote academic growth and confidence in students
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Implement a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Demonstrated proficiency in English and Maths curriculum at Key Stage 3 level
- Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and accommodations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Organisational skills to manage individualised learning plans effectively
- Experience in outreach or community-based education programmes
- Part-Time hours with flexibility in scheduling
- Work primarily in a learners home, library or local school
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
