Position: KS2 Teacher | Year 4 Teacher | Primary Class Teacher
Salary: 338,766 - 350,288 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom where all students feel encouraged to achieve their best.
• Use assessment and feedback strategies to track student progress and tailor support accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and leadership teams to enhance learning outcomes.
• Establish and maintain strong communication with parents and carers to support home-school collaboration.

What We're Looking For in a KS2 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• A passion for primary education and a commitment to helping students excel.
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire young learners.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and leadership.
• A proactive, adaptable, and engaging teaching style that supports all learning needs.
