We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join this vibrant primary school. As a KS1 teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of our pupils. Who are you?
  • Excellent communicator
  • Creative, patient, empathetic nature
  • Enthusiastic about working with young children
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
What are your responsibilities?
  • Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting positive behaviour and encouraging active participation.
  • Ensure pupil safety and well-being, supporting their social and emotional development.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and apply best practices to improve teaching.
  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to support individual goals.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, providing progress updates and attending meetings.
  • Participate in school events, extra-curricular activities, and staff meetings
