The successful candidate for this KS1 teacher position will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lessons that foster the academic and social development of young children. KS1 teacher responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective lessons that incorporate a range of teaching strategies and resources.
• Assess and evaluate children\'s learning and progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents to support their academic and personal growth.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that is conducive to learning, actively promoting positive classroom behavior and mutual respect among students.
• Collaborate with other staff members and participate in regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Manage classroom resources efficiently, ensuring that all teaching materials and equipment are well-maintained and used appropriately.
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students\' progress and achievements, ensuring that data protection guidelines are followed at all times.

Requirements:

• A valid teaching qualification, ideally with experience in KS1 teaching.
• Excellent knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum and experience with delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Strong classroom management skills, with experience in promoting positive behavior and mutual respect among students.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members and parents, providing regular feedback on students\' learning and progress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Good organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage classroom resources effectively and maintain accurate records.
• Commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity in the classroom and an ability to develop individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
