Job Description

We are looking for a hard working KP to join our busy team. You will be responsible for ensuring that high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are adhered to at all times. Duties will include cleaning dishes, keeping kitchen stations clean and tidy and potentially helping assist the chefs with the daily prep. You must be self-motivated and proactive in the role. Part time/full time available - would also suit a student.

Requirements: 18+ As the shifts are late the candidate will either have to drive or be within walking distance of the restaurant - public transport is not suitable.

Overview:
As a Kitchen Porter at our renowned restaurant, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties:
- Support the kitchen team in food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to uphold hygiene standards
- Handle dishwashing duties efficiently
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or culinary environment is preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
