Our client seeks a knowledge development lawyer to join the team to support growth, strategy and advise senior banking & finance solicitors in the team.

You will be joining a tier 1 international law firm and work with one of most highly regarded teams in the UK.

Responsibilities

- Advising and supporting colleagues and clients with complex matters
- Be involved in strategies for the team and helping build relationships with existing and new clients
- Training, developing and coaching team members
- Drafting and updating precedents, authoring relevant know-how, deals done/ experience databases and managing collaboration tools
- Managing and delivering innovative approaches - using technology to help benefit clients and colleagues
- Networking - building on existing and new relationships with clients

This opportunity can be a full time or part time role depending on personal flexibility required.
