Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook a variety of Greek street food dishes according to established recipes and standards. - Ensure all food items are prepared and presented in a timely and efficient manner. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety regulations. - Assist in receiving and storing food supplies, ensuring proper rotation and storage techniques. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. - Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain high-quality standards. - Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste and maximize profitability. - Assist in inventory management and stock control to ensure adequate supplies are available. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role or a passion for cooking and food preparation. - Knowledge of Greek cuisine and street food is preferred but not essential. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. - Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.
