We are looking for a Kitchen Sales Designer who is passionate about our mission to design and sell high quality kitchens. It is important that our sales designers share in our customers vision of what's possible and have the drive to take it from concept to reality. As a Kitchen Sales Designer within our team, you will help manage many aspects of complete kitchen installations from initial consultation through to completed projects, working with clients and tradespeople while maintaining high standards of customer service throughout.

Responsibilities:

Managing customer enquiries via multiple contact channels Answering and dealing with incoming sales enquiries effectively and in a timely manner Managing multiple customer queries To manage and maintain your own workload Documentation of customer sales requirements To produce accurate and inspirational CAD designs which you will present professionally to the customer Making accurate amendments to sales orders Building strong customer relations at all times Recording, monitoring and maintaining any customer issues/complaints, ensuring professionalism at all times and within a timely manner To undertake mandatory/non-mandatory training courses Willingness to develop your own knowledge of products and the industry

Requirements:

Knowledge of using a CAD software programme Experience in a previous sales role Customer service experience Full UK Driving License
Job Types: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time. Hours to be discussed at interview.

Experience:

Sales: 1 year (preferred) Experience in CAD: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 - 36 per week
