Duties
Assist chefs with food preparation tasks, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils.
Organise and store kitchen supplies efficiently to facilitate easy access during meal preparation.
Support the culinary team by helping with basic cooking tasks as required.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Assist in the disposal of waste and recycling as per company guidelines.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
