Duties

Assist with food preparation and ensure all ingredients are ready for cooking. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Support chefs by providing assistance during busy service periods. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored correctly after use. Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies and ingredients. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment. Assist in maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. A background in hospitality or culinary arts would be advantageous. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
