At Cinder we cook Mediterranean style food over charcoal, with a focus on consistency and quality ingredients. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and looking to start their culinary career in our busy local restaurants. Chef/Owner Jake Finn cooks refined uncomplicated dishes with his passion for the flavours produced by fire and coal. Jake has worked in London's top restaurants such as La Petite Maison, The Ritz and Coya. He works alongside Head Chef Liam Sweeney, whose CV includes 3 years as Head Chef at 2 Michelin Kitchen Table and 1 Michelin Alchemilla.

With the two restaurants now receiving critical acclaim as one of London's most up and coming places to eat, and in the safe hands of Liam and Jake, Cinder looks to an exciting new phase of development and growth. One which requires the best kitchen talent in London.

Main Duties include but are not limited to;

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs and cooks. Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored. Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies. Support chefs during service by fetching ingredients and assisting with basic cooking tasks. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment. Assist in maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages. Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential. A keen interest in food preparation and culinary arts. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
