Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs and kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies. Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Dispose of waste appropriately and keep work areas tidy at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential. A keen interest in food preparation and culinary practices. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as required. Good communication skills to interact with kitchen staff efficiently.
