For experienced staff, it presents an opportunity to advance their careers or improve their conditions.Working in hospitality is vibrant, flexible, and no two days are ever the same!We have an exciting new role to join our growing team.We need a Kitchen Porter to ensure the expected high standards of health & safety, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the kitchen area as a whole.About the roleMain tasks and duties\xc2\xb7 To wash the dishes;\xc2\xb7 To clean all pots;\xc2\xb7 To wash all cutlery, crockery and utensils;\xc2\xb7 To maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen floor;\xc2\xb7 To remove all rubbish and take to the relevant areas;\xc2\xb7 To maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment;\xc2\xb7 To assist Chefs as and when required;\xc2\xb7 To take due care and attention when undertaking any task or procedure;\xc2\xb7 To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance;\xc2\xb7 To ensure effective communication to management and peers;\xc2\xb7 To carry out periodic checks on rooms i.e. staff room etc and on all equipment;\xc2\xb7 To follow all health and safety policies and procedures as devised by management;\xc2\xb7 To attend training courses as and when necessary;\xc2\xb7 To ensure that due care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees and any other persons on the premises;\xc2\xb7 Report and where appropriate take action on any incident, accident, fire, loss or damage;\xc2\xb7 Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.About the companyLa Mon Hotel & Country Club is an award winning four star hotel on the periphery of Belfast City CentreRequired Criteria

• Right to Work in the United Kingdom
• Good Command of English Language
• Need transportation due to location

• Experience working in The Hotel Industry
