Kitchen Assistant
Job Description
We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly, family-run cafe, The Gilbertine Kitchen. No previous experience is needed--just a genuine passion for food, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided, and there's plenty of opportunity for personal growth and long-term development within the business. During the week, you'll help with food prep, deep cleaning, and miaintaining the washing-up area. At weekends, you'll support the chef during service and get involved in preparing dishes for our customers. A Food hygiene level 2 training/certificate will be provided. The wage begins at 9.25 for 16-18 years old applicants.
