Responsibilities

Support chefs and cooks in various kitchen tasks, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly. Help with the organisation of kitchen supplies and inventory management. Participate in catering events as required, providing assistance with meal setup and service. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment, such as restaurants or catering services, is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is preferred. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new culinary skills is essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
