Kitchen AssistantWe are now recruiting for our 2025 summer season across various roles on our beautiful Lincolnshire based holiday park, join our large team of hospitality professionals today.Location: Tattershall Lakes Country park, LincolnshireSalary: 311.57Job type: SeasonalAbout the roleWere looking for a kitchen assistant who can deliver delight to our holiday resort guests. You will be helping the kitchen team to run a safe, efficient and profitable food and beverage operation. Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. A can-do attitude and attention to detail are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays are also essential.Working in any one of our 5 amazing venues.Spitfire is our largest venue boasting up to 1500 covers a day in busy periods. Spitfire offers a pub classics style menu using fresh ingredients and all made in house. Spitfire offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.Propeller is a fully serviced a la carte restaurant, serving a variety of Mediterranean dishes from pasta to pizza and steaks. Propeller offers and lunch and dinner menus.Tattershall Park Pub is a newer venue to our park and is a hive of activity, being open to our guests as well as the general public. The pub offers a gastro pub style menu using fresh ingredients all made in house. Offering lunch and dinner menus.Outdoor Catering, our brand-new filthy fries concept launched in 2024 and was a huge success. We are now expanding that offering into a 60ft shipping container. So we need a team of chefs and assistants to make that happen.Catch 22 our award-winning Top 40 Fish and Chip shop for 2023 serving delicious freshly fried fish and chips, and everything else youd expect and maybe some you wouldnt. Open lunch and dinner for our guests and owners.What you will be doingYou will be working in the engine room of the kitchen ensuring guests receive a memorable experience through excellent service and food quality.

• Prepping and cooking in all areas of the kitchen.
• Ensuring presentation of menu items to a high standard.
• Ensuring the food preparation areas, equipment and floors are clean and hygienic.
• Accepting deliveries, ensuring ingredients are stored correctly and date rotated.
• Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare other items on the menu.
• Work alongside front of house and kitchen team to maximise food margins and minimise wastage.
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations

Nice to have but not essential.We have high standards! We will train you up, but it would be nice for you to have:
